Izzy is awesome, paeronable, and cares about her clients. She knows the market and makes sure you get what your home is worth and will make sure you know the value of the home you want to buy so you do not overpay. Izzy was recommended to me by a friend. I had been working with another real estate agent that seemed fine, but was interested in working with someone a bit more experienced in the market, and let me say; after working with Izzy, there is no reason to shop around- she will have you covered.
This was my first home purchase. Despite my limited understanding of things, Izzy treated me like her own family- vetting each house/condo before we checked it out, letting me know what to/what not to look for, when a good time to buy would be, how much, etc, the whole nine yards. There wasn't a moment working with her that I felt I was being let down to any degree.
When it comes to purchasing a place, Izzy had recommended me to a local loan officer (I was working with another I was recommended from the Bay Area). Her recommendation was amazing- I had a loan agent who had my back and worked so well with Izzy that they really took care of 99% of everything and explained everything to me in great detail.
I am so so so happy that I chose to work with Izzy. She ended up negotiating a great price and let me paying far less than I expected. You cannot go wrong with her. She does this for a living, she is on top of everything, and knows this industry inside and out. It is not often you can find that along with integrity, but you do with Izzy.
