I'm a Colorado REALTOR® with The Source Team, a founding team at SERHANT., helping buyers, sellers, and investors across Denver and the Front Range.

I didn't start out selling perfect houses. I came up in the investor world: hundreds of investor transactions, thousands of distressed homes walked, and more than 10 flips of my own. That background shapes what I notice on every showing and every listing: condition, construction, deferred maintenance, resale potential, and the difference between a cosmetic distraction and a six-figure problem.

It also built a deep bench of contractors, inspectors, lenders, and title professionals who help solve problems before they derail a deal. For sellers, that means smart preparation, proactive marketing, and open houses that feel like an event. For buyers, it means clear guidance on value, condition, and negotiation, without pressure.

I've lived in the Denver area for 18 years, and my business takes me from Pueblo and Colorado Springs through Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins. I also work with relocation clients, corporate transferees, and second-home buyers. I studied business at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business, and when I'm not working, you'll probably find me on the golf course at Red Rocks Country Club.

I would recommend Jack to anyone. He does not pressure and genuinely wants to make sure he finds the right fit for his clients. He was always available for our many questions and pivoted quickly as we looked at homes and adjusted what we were hoping to find. He respected our budget and kept us motived to continue looking. When there was a question on a homes structure, he quickly brought in a third party he trusted and made a great suggestion to walk away from the first home we put an offer in for. The next home we closed on. Jack is the perfect realtor for a first time home buyer in Denver.
