As a Pilot Mountain/Mount Airy native, Jakob has always had a passion for his community and the people that embody it. At a young age Jakob was given the opportunity to be involved with sales which allowed him to become even more passionate for people, customer service, and sales. After high school, Jakob took his studies to UNC Charlotte and realized that real estate is where he wanted to be. He wanted to give others an opportunity to know how it felt to find their community, such as he did.

With the remodel of his current home, to helping his parent’s with building their forever home, Jakob has learned a lot about the structure, architecture and design of homes. To him, finding the best fit for a client is his priority.
