Hi, I'm Jim Graydon, an East Bay Real Estate and Mortgage Broker owner of All Phase Brokers. What is most important to me is happy clients. I know as long as I do my best to exceed the expectations of others, we all ultimately benefit, it’s a “win, win” for everybody.

I have been in the industry for 25 years. As a top producer, I recruited, trained, and managed a total of 35 agents. It was a great experience and the benefit of learning and making mistakes along the way, was most importantly, learning what not to do!! Learning how to navigate through all the “pit falls” has made me a better broker, while I save my clients time and money by not repeating the same mistakes.
