Janel is hands down the best agent in the state. I’ve worked with two other agents who came highly recommended in the past who had neither her attention to detail nor her work ethic. I cannot put value on her skill and the help she provided while navigating the process as a first time home buyer and she taught me a lot about homes while we were looking to buy. After a long uphill battle to find and close on my first home due to the sellers situation we finally closed after three months and now 6 months later she is still helping me navigate home ownership hardships to include physical improvements, property tax protests, homesteading, veteran exemptions and more I’m sure I’m forgetting. She is always quick to answer even outside of typical business hours. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for property to rent, sell, or buy.
