Janice Adler

Janice Adler is a true Charleston native. Born and raised in Hanahan, she has also lived in several other tri-county cities, including Johns Island, West Ashley, and James Island. She has witnessed the growth in Charleston and knows what makes each area so special. Janice began her real estate career in July 2000, joining Centex Homes as an onsite sales agent. After a very successful four years selling on site, she earned her Broker’s license and transitioned into sales management. For 15 years, Janice served as a General Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and VP of Sales and Marketing before moving into general brokerage and opening her own office. Janice stated, "I wanted to take all that experience to help others, whether they are buying or selling a home. Home buying and selling can be both stressful and fun at the same time. My job is to make it as easy as possible so they can truly enjoy the process." She is thrilled to be the leader of the Adler Realty team and would love to help you pursue your real estate goals!
