Year-over-year, Hollywood’s rolling three-month data shows notable price and supply shifts, with the typical home value up sharply by about 47% while months of supply has climbed roughly 127%. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list has eased slightly and the average sale-to-list ratio has edged down, signaling that buyers have gained a bit more room to negotiate even as values have risen.

In the latest rolling period ending May 2026, inventory and new listings expanded, with active listings up around 8% from a year ago and new listings rising about 15%.
