Year-over-year, Hollywood’s rolling three-month data shows prices edging up while activity cools. Typical home values are about 6 percent higher than a year ago, even as the number of homes sold has fallen by more than a quarter and pending sales are also down.
In the latest rolling three-month period ending in July 2026, supply has expanded sharply relative to last year. Months of supply has surged to 8.8, up more than fourfold year over year, and active listings are up by about 10 percent while new listings have climbed by roughly a third.
On the pace side, homes are taking much longer to sell, with median days on market jumping dramatically compared with a year ago, yet pricing power has not disappeared.
