My husband, Norm, and I moved to Raleigh in 1984. We now have three daughters and six grandchildren. When not working, Norm and I enjoy spending time with our family and friends, playing tennis, boating, and traveling.

As a result, I am able to negotiate 4% more of the selling price than the average agent. That means if a home is listed at $300,000, I typically generate about $12,000 more than most other agents. I always work hard to stay in the loop on everything that is going on with our sellers and buyers.
