I was in the market for a place to live in Florida and was directed to Todd Seigler. From start to finish Todd was on top of every situation and was very informative and responsive when I had questions. You could contact him at any time and he would get back to you right away day or night with a phone call or text to help with whatever was needed. Communication and knowledge was key for me to be able to understand all the legal terms and understand the process of buying a house, Todd did just that for me. After the house closed Todd directed me to 360 home connect where I could begin the process of getting the electrical, water, cable, security, etc… Overall my experience with Todd was as seamless as possible and would highly recommend using him for your future home purchases.

We were assigned Todd as our agent the first time we asked to see a home from Zillow. What great luck we had because right from the start Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. Just based on our first call he made me feel like we had been friends for years and made sure I understood I could contact him anytime for anything and that turned out to be true. Todd was always friendly and knowledgeable & never once made me or my wife feel bad about asking questions and made sure we had the info we needed to make informed decisions. In this wild market today Todd was an asset. Once Todd realized that we are first time home buyers without any background about process, he spent hours and hours with us on phone and personally to explain each and every aspect of the process. Even from what to look in the house and what not to look, the viewing process, offer process. He explained which features in house are worth the money and which are not. Todd is very friendly and very proactive in communication. Once he understands your preferences, trade-offs, its just matter of texting him the address and viewing will be scheduled as soon as possible. There was not a single time where I had to wait for Todd to reply to my text/email for more than 15 mins. During viewing and offer, Todd would come up with many different offer strategies to make our already above-ask offer look more competitive. He would do all the leg work/crystal clear documentation. He was with us during all the closing procedures-even until house warming! :P). Having the best realtor is the key--Todd!
