Todd and his team had a very clear plan on how best to market and sell our home. Their strategy allowed us to receive numerous contract offers in less than 5 days. Todd was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process -able to answer any questions or address any issues that came up. Because of his diligence, we were able to sell our home and close on our new home the same day which was a huge relief for us.

We were out of town when the home hit the market and Todd was able to give us thorough virtual tours and videos which helped us make our decision to go under contract. We trusted Todd and his expertise to go under contract without seeing the house ourselves and I’m glad we didn’t let pass on this house because it is perfect for us! Todd was able to negotiate with the sellers and have some furniture that we were interested in included in the sale which made our moving process that much easier. He stays in touch even after the deal is closed to help out with getting utilities set up and anything that may come up, he is just a call away.
