Jason Titus has been said to have the Midas touch and an uncanny ability to talk to anyone about anything. He believes these skills stem from moving around a lot as a military child, and having to meet new friends with every move. His family eventually settled in the Lansing, Michigan area, where he attended Potterville High School. He then attended Lansing Community College. Ever since childhood, Jason would make items and sell them door to door. He was an entrepreneur at the curious, young age of five. During college, he was presented with the opportunity to become a business owner, and he bought a vacuum store in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This fostered his knowledge in sales and business ownership. Although the business was flourishing, Jason had always had an interest in real estate, and with his wife's encouragement, he pursued his real estate license. He has been involved in the real estate market for over twenty years.
