If I could give 10 stars I would because he's 10/10! Something I'll never forget that he said to me was "I don't want you to buy a house with 1/2 your heart in it". He really does care that you get the right home for you - not just trying to make a sale. That's besides the experience, patience, knowledge, advice, flexibility, and immediate response to any of my calls/texts/emails, etc. that comes with working with Jass. Just outstanding and will be recommending him to all my friends and family and will be going back to him for my future properties.
