I interviewed 3 other brokers before Jeff was selected. He had the best plan to move forward, he provided the nicest website. He had the strongest documentation and photos layouts I had seen. And he was easy to talk with and answered all my questions in a way I understood and could work with.

He really took charge and helped me through the entire process. Selling my Family's home was very emotional and difficult to get through and Jeff was very supportive.

Jeff was the most conscientious realtor we've dealt with. His frequent feedback kept us apprized of what the market was doing, site activity, prices of homes selling and sold in our area, and interested parties in our home. He answered texts and emails almost immediately. He always presented himself professionally and was always courteous. We highly recommend him, and already have to our son and fiance who just purchased a house with him.

Our experience with Jeff was excellent. We were doing a long distance move, and from start to finish he was amazing. He was able to help us review a wide selection of homes online and in person. He was easy to contact and always ready to help. After our offer was accepted, he continued to be instrumental in helping us manage all the details from across the country. We were greatly pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Jeff.

Jeff Martin had a well-thought out marketing plan that he presented to us at our first meeting at our home. He had already taken us through a couple of properties we were interested in, so we were ready to put our house on the market. He made sure that we had all of the necessary materials at hand (flyers, open-house information packets), and utlized many different online resources.

prior to working with jeff, my first home buying experience was very stressful and overwhelming. I had bounced between multiple agents during my search for a home and always felt everyone was either too pushy or not trying to help me find what was best for my needs. fortunately, following up on a lead one day on Zillow Jeff contacted me. immediately I noticed a difference in how he took the time to understand what I was looking for and help guide me through the process. I learned very much from jeff in a short time from necessities to common mistakes to stay away from. jeff was always very friendly and helpful, and always went the extra step. I hope not to be in the market to buy or sell a home again for a very long time, but when I do, I will contact jeff.

We needed a realtor with expertise on an area that was completely new to us. After researching, we chose Jeffrey Martin, and we were so glad we did. He always answered our numerous questions and never made us feel that we were bothering him. Even after having him run around to show us many houses, he always had a smile and never pressured or hurried us. When it was time to negotiate a contract, Jeff gave us many scenarios and we relied on his skills to seal a deal.

Jeff Martin provided us with everything we needed throughout the home buying process. His understanding of the area helped to keep us looking at homes that were in a good location to work and family. His knowledge of a homes features help put us at easy when comparing homes. Jeff was always available when we needed to contact him and was willing to make himself available to show houses at our convenience.

When putting an offer on the house we were told that a second offer was made, Jeff was able to help us make an offer that was competitive and ultimately got us the house. He keep us calm in the most stressful part of the process.

Jeff was able to lead us to a good financing program. He made it as simple as possible when dealing with inspectors, title company, seller agent, etc. He made sure to come in person with me to the inspection. When there was an issue with the inspection he got right on it and keep me updated the whole way.

Right up to closing Jeff kept us on track with reminders and updates and it was a smooth transition when we were handing the keys. I have absolutely no complaints about the service we received from Jeff Martin and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy.
