He must have one - how else could he have known precisely how much activity we would see at the price and with the timing we listed my house, how many offers we would receive and in what price range? The strategy worked exactly as planned - we had I think 28 showings the first weekend and three offers above asking. We had a contract in three days. I had worked with Jeff before and I look forward to working with him again. He is always courteous, professional, positive and focused. He has seen it all.

Jeff is an experienced professional, and we very much appreciated his help in purchasing our first home together.
