Professional Experience
Jeffrey Samuels has an extensive background in real estate working with buyers, sellers and financial institutions, including many years working with Short sales and foreclosures. He is currently the President at Jeffrey Samuels Real Estate Services, and serves all of Oahu. Jeffrey is recognized as the #1 Broker for most properties sold in the State of Hawaii, as well as in the top 100 companies in the State.

Experience
Jeffrey began his career in real estate in 1998 as a real estate associate for the largest real estate firm in Honolulu. His focus was to become an expert on the sales contract and market knowledge. With these two things in hand, he knew he could tackle any situation that came upon him. He spent almost 4 years in the Real Estate Owned (REO) division of the company working with banks and other financial institutions working out short sales and foreclosures.

With over 2000 real estate transactions under his belt, he has the experience to handle any type of situation that would arise. He also oversees a very dynamic and growing property management division that manages over 4000 single-family units, apartment building and condominium associations.

Education
Jeffrey has more than 1600 hours of real estate education. He has received many Certificates from the State of Hawaii and Local Real Estate Board.
