Homes are taking a median of 71 days to go under contract, and months of supply sits at 4.2, consistent with the area’s designation as a seller’s market even as conditions are not extremely tight. With pending sales down more than 12% year over year, buyers may find a bit more room to negotiate on some properties, while sellers still benefit from solid pricing power.
