Makakilo’s rolling three-month data shows fewer homes changing hands and a tighter pool of options. Active listings are down more than 15% year over year to 136, while homes sold slipped slightly with a small year-over-year decline. New listings also fell more than 20% compared with a year ago, signaling less fresh inventory coming to market.
