I met Carren and Jennifer in 2007, after interviewing three other agents. I had owned my large Victorian home on Alamo Square for thirty-three years, had restored it lovingly, and was anxious to see it properly marketed. Carren and Jennifer lavished attention on the project and steered me through a 1031 tax exchange. In that process, they facilitated the purchase of another property on the Embarcadero and the sale of another property on Alamo Square in 2010. In 2021 they managed the sale of my property on the Embarcadero. In all cases, staging and advertising were expertly overseen by Carren and Jennifer. They are very hardworking, and patient.
