Partnership with Karen was the key to successfully sell my investment property in Lakeside, SF July 1st 2021. Karen timely helped me finding right vendors such as painters, contractors, stagers and cleaning services to put the property in the market on time. This year was crazy in finding right venders on time because of an unusual time, due to Government's Covid-19 stimulus funds so many people didn't work. Karen prepared all the aspects of marketing. On line marketing, photographing of the property and sending AD in mailing. Karen reasonably advised the target listing price of the property. Karen is very kind, always on time, does what she says she is going to do. No maintenance had been done on my house and at her suggestion it was painted inside and out. Over grown landscaping was removed and the house was staged. I signed the contract for her to represent me on the sale in June, and the work was done, and the house was sold in July at a very good price! Hallelujah. This was a difficult process for me that she made easier. When Karen offered to help me, she did not know that I was going to sell a house.
