Kathy and her team are the best in the bay. The one realtor I had before wasn’t transparent at all with the selling process and failed to keep me updated. While Kathy and her team, did not hesitate to update us when new information came about. They did everything in their power to get our house to close, through thick and thin. No matter what obstacle came about, Kathy was able to handle it swiftly. If you are stressed about selling your house, Kathy and her team will take the burden off your shoulders. Can’t say enough about Kathy and her team. Expect I wish we had found them earlier.

Kathy was beyond pleasant to work with. For the San Francisco market, my price point was low and a parking space mandatory (far and few). While, other agents were not responsive, she did not hesitate to work with me. She is knowledgeable, patience, and knows how to negotiate a "killer deal"!
