We started working with Kathy midway through our search. While working with her, she was on top of her game. She knew every single answer to our questions, she sent listings to us almost everyday, and gave us confidence that we were able to get into a home. My wife and I had her for only about 2 months and we purchased a house pretty quickly. Mind you this was our first bid with her and it got accepted fast. She was one of the greatest realtors but she also became has a friend as well.
