I moved from Chandler, AZ, to Prescott, AZ, 25 years ago. I was a UPS cover driver and supervisor in Prescott for seven years. I began purchasing homes and flipping them in 2000. I left UPS to pursue real estate in 2005, and I acquired my real estate license in 2008. In 2020, I obtained a general contractor's license and began building spec homes. I have represented dozens of buyers and sellers and built several custom homes. My area knowledge, builder's knowledge, and real estate knowledge have made me a well-rounded Realtor. My focus in the last few years has been on luxury homes.
