Jerry is a true professional, he knows what to expect at every turn in the process and any variations that may come about! As a result we were able to make wise decisions, from aggressive pricing of the property, what to fix up, what to agree to on the home inspection, etc.. he also handled letting contractors in and out to do work all while we were 1100 miles away in our new home! We had to do little to nothing once he stepped in, even so we had a full price offer in the first weekend on the market.
