Jessica Crumbaugh

Jessica Crumbaugh is the current owner and vice president of Allison James Estates and Homes.

She couples her knowledge and experience in real estate with a strong passion and sense of commitment to the company’s agents, creating a work environment like none other. Her ability to seek out the right people who embody the culture, core values, and beliefs of AJI is just one of the reasons she maintains such a high level of agent satisfaction.

In January 2010, Jessica began her journey with Allison James Estates and Homes as a licensed Realtor, focusing on land acquisition and investments under the company Sharp Landing LLC. She averages nearly 1,000 land deals a year, making her one of the top-selling agents in her area. In 2014, Jessica founded Florida Land Deal, a Florida-based company. With the help of her excellent staff, Jessica ensures that all aspects of the business, from property acquisition to the final sale, are handled as smoothly as possible.
