Jessica was incredible! We were still living in Florida, and dealing with selling a home with no roof (thanks Hurricane Ian) so to say I was stressed was an understatement. We had one day to visit Georgia, and tour homes. Jessica spoke to me nearly everyday about my preferences, and what exactly I was looking for. She was awesome with the children as we toured as many homes as we could in that one day. And when I returned to Florida, and two days later, a house that seemed to meet all of our needs came up for sale, she immediately booked a showing and called us on FaceTime. We ended up purchasing that home, and even though we never got to step foot until the night before closing, Jessica insured that everything we needed was done. From recommending a roofer to do an inspection the very next day, to helping get the home inspection complete in a timely manner, I was never overwhelmed because I knew she had my back. Would 1,000% recommend her, and use her again for any future real estate needs

She has assisted us with getting a full price offer within three weeks of listing our cabin in Ellijay, selling our historic home in Ball Ground for above asking, found an agent for us to use to sell our second home in Florida and lastly negotiated a fabulous deal on our current home in Canton. We would definitely use her in the future for our real estate needs.
