Jim provided us with homes that met the criteria we discussed with him and he set up appointments and scheduled the showings. He made recommendations to us since we were new to this market and help us make an offer on the home that we really liked. He guided us through the whole process of making an offer and all the things we needed to do to get our offer accepted and through the final closing process.
