I am an investment strategist for buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial real estate. My background in sales and marketing began in the newspaper industry many years ago. I was born and raised in Wyoming and moved to Colorado over 30 years ago after completing college.

I have four children, aged 17 to 34, all of whom are wonderful people and thriving individuals. My life is centered around my family and helping others achieve their goals. I have founded several youth programs, including Kids Nite Out and Northern Colorado Hoops. Additionally, I started several companies, including The School Newsletter Company, which has contributed over $1 million to schools in Larimer County.

I enjoy coaching buyers, sellers, and investors as much as I enjoy coaching youth sports. Call me to buy, sell, or invest.
