Jolie Singletary

I've lived here in Western NC for the last decade. I was born in Michigan but raised down in Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!), I moved up Atlanta for a few years. I loved the weather but couldn't stand the traffic. Someone suggested that I check out Asheville and after my first trip up I was hooked. I love living in a location that most people only get to visit on vacation.

Buying or selling is one of biggest financial decisions my clients make. I love being able to provide the support, expertise and guidance that will help them make the best choices for the their families and future.

I work with a mix of both buyers and sellers. I think this helps me keep a strong grasp on what is going on in the market and helps me be compassionate to both sides. I've helped with everyone from first time buyers to real estate investors to folks selling their family home to transition into their final home. I learn so much from every client!
