My husband and I have purchased/ sold nine properties over the years.

Bought two houses for Kim. We told her we didn't want a fixer upper and both houses needed work. ( things that were not pointed out) we didn't find out till after we moved in. Wish she would have not just pointed out the pros, but the cons as well.
