Kim hosted an open house and had an offer - at asking price - in a just a few days. We had to drill a new well - buyer’s survey showed the existing well to be on our neighbor’s property. Kim handled everything! She contacted the well drilling company and facilitated the well being completed in just a few weeks - amazing. Kim handled all the contractual paperwork electronically, as we had already moved out of state before the house was on the market. She kept us informed of every detail of the process.
