Jonah Taylor with Keller Williams’ Smart Move Group has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He found the perfect house for me in Catonsville, and recommended an excellent strategy for making an offer in a “seller’s market”. Although there were several other bids made on the house, my offer was the one to be accepted due to the smart strategy Jonah recommended. Although I was free to choose to work with any lender, I decided to go with the company Jonah has worked with previously ~ George Mason Mortgage ~ and they did an excellent job. Jonah also made the move itself much easier because he recommended resources to help me find movers, and even packers. They are now helping me get my old house ready to sell ~ and once again ~ they have contractors and companies they recommend (painting, power washing, refinishing wood floors, etc). I highly recommend Jonah Taylor and the Smart Move Group because they are SO good at what they do, and they are a one- stop shop.
