Honestly, I can't recommend Jon enough. With a baby at home and a pregnant wife, the pressure to find the right place was real — a year of searching, and he came through for us in a big way. A brownstone in Bed-Stuy... below asking price. Couldn't have asked for more!

Finding a broker you can rely on is not easy. But Jonathan tells me everything that is good about a potential purchase and also everything bad, even if he has to go out of his way to find out any potential issues. There are many times where he recommends an inspection or finds issues I didn't even know could be a problem, but would have cost a lot later down the line. I really feel like he is working for me and has my best interests in mind.
