Josue and Brooklyn did an excellent job from start to finish in our search for the perfect condo in Manhattan. They were not only responsive at every turn, morning, day or night, but they went above and beyond. They researched things we wanted or needed, including contractors to do work after the purchase. They even met with contractors for me, saving me extra trips into the city from NJ. I can’t say enough good things about them and I never even met them before using them for this search.
Josue was the first agent to reach out to me when I was looking at places on different sites. I usually don’t work with agents that way, but go with who I know or comes recommended, but I knew no one for Manhattan. I feel fortunate that he found us.
