Inventory in The Bronx has stayed relatively steady, with about 1,475 active listings in August and a slight dip from last year. New listings have slowed, falling month over month and down a bit compared with a year ago. Roughly 28 percent of sales are still closing above list, and the average sale-to-list ratio is close to 99 percent, indicating sellers who price correctly can achieve near-asking offers.
