Prices are holding relatively steady, with the typical home value in The Bronx just under flat compared with a year ago and only a touch higher than last month. Sellers are still getting close to their asking prices, as the average sale-to-list ratio stays near 98 percent, though the share of homes selling above list has slipped modestly since last year. List prices are trending a bit higher than both last month and last year, even as buyers gain more leverage from softer contract activity.
