My journey began in the Air Force, where I honed my skills as a seasoned officer, leading diverse teams through project management, strategic planning, and the captivating world of aviation.
Throughout my military career, I consistently assumed the role of a team development leader, fostering the growth of my crew into exceptional professionals and leaders.
