I was really nervous since buying a house is such a large investment, but Juan made me feel confident when we put an offer in. This is because he gives his honest opinion at showings - if he thought the house was meh, he would say so and if he thought the house looked in good shape he was indicate that as well. Even though it took many months to find the right property, he never pressured me into an offer I didn’t feel comfortable with.
