I have rarely had any positive review of a realtor in Boston. Josh was the only realtor I've ever had that (1) found multiple matches that met all of my requested criteria (2) respected my boundaries regarding price (3) responded rapidly at any time of day (4) fought for me when a landlord tried to change the price and (5) treated me like a person, rather than a widget who needs to buy a house as quickly as possible to get off of the case load.

Josh was extremely forthcoming, easy to work with, and a great communicator. I really felt like he was in my corner and made the entire process as simple as possible. He also responded to emails, text messages, phone calls promptly and always made me feel like I could ask any questions that I like. Would definitely work with him again
