I have rarely had any positive review of a realtor in Boston. Josh was the only realtor I've ever had that (1) found multiple matches that met all of my requested criteria (2) respected my boundaries regarding price (3) responded rapidly at any time of day (4) fought for me when a landlord tried to change the price and (5) treated me like a person, rather than a widget who needs to buy a house as quickly as possible to get off of the case load.

Josh is absolutely terrific! Could not recommend a better agent for all your needs. He is very responsive - always less than a few hours turn around time whenever I have a question. He diligences prospective tenants acutely getting intel that's helpful in making a decision. Also very helpful with handyman/cleaner/other local recs needs.
