I have known Josh for over 3 years now. When my partner and I were moving from CT to MA, and had no idea about the housing or renting market in the Greater Boston area , Josh helped us get a great place in Waltham, MA. He came as a personal referral from my best friend , but he soon became more than just our agent. When we were looking for places to rent in a short time , traveling regularly from CT <> MA to look at places that suited our needs, fell within our price range , and was ideal for our commute to job - Josh came up with a curated list of few properties and within a couple of visits we were able to narrow down and choose the property and get everything finalized.
