I couldn't have asked for a better agent. Judith was amazing. Doing an international sale and purchase wasn't straight forward, but the communication was great via emails and calls when requested. Would highly recommend.

Three realtors were referred to me and I selected Judith O'Rear. She was the most helpful and knowledgeable of the market. She was holding my hand throughout the process and her professionalism was great. It was a bumpy ride, but Judith was there every step of the way. She took a lot of the worry away and filled me with positivity. I would recommend her to anyone that is listing their home or looking to buy a home.

Judith helped my husband and I buy our first home after relocating to Georgia. She was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We had no idea where we wanted to move and she was able to make lots of recommendations and introduced us to several family friendly communities. Once we found our house Judith helped us resolve issues we had with the builders and was a great negotiator and advocate. We will definitely work with Judith again when we look for our next house.

We had the wonderful experience of not only having a great realtor but met a great person. The person we are referring to is Ms. Judith O’Rear. We contacted her through Agent Pronto after learning that we would be moving to the Atlanta Metro area. From our initial conversation, we knew that we had the right person. It wasn’t long after the initial conversation she started providing us a listing of properties and, without failure, would follow up with a phone call to see if we had any questions. She made us feel as we were her only client during each encounter. Whenever we had any concerns with the process, Judith was on top of it and got a resolution. For example, when we found out that the first house was not going to meet our timeline and mutually ended the contract with the builder, Judith immediately searched for a new home for us. As a result of her diligence and persistence found us a new place that met all our needs.

Mrs Judith is a very outstanding real estate agent. She persevered she showed her due diligence and she showed consistency and helping us purchase our first home. I would recommend Mrs.judith to have anybody in our home search or home buying. She's going to go over and beyond the call of duty to help you find your dream home and help you get what you need for your family.

Judith has been great from start to finish!!! She was knowledgeable and well connected, professional but also very easy to talk to and welcoming. She brought many buyers to the table and was open and honest with us about our expectations as well as hers. Judith kept us up to date every step of the way and checked in during the waiting stages of offers even if she had not heard anything. Judith was very responsive,. She promptly reached out and or addressed any questions or concerns. She always considered that fact that we are from out of town when sharing her knowledge of the area. She stayed within the boundaries of our set budget and always made us feel that finding us a home we could afford, be happy in and love was important to her. We decided not to buy in Atlanta at this time. In the future she is the agent I will call and I would highly recommend Judith to my best friends and family.

I can't say enough great things about Judith! I found her on Zillow and not being local, I was a bit apprehensive about just picking a realtor off the internet. I couldn't have been more pleased! She goes above and beyond, she visited the property and did the walk through when my tenants moved out. Took and sent me photos, advised me on pricing and housing strategies.
