Kate is a native of Los Angeles and attributes her passion for real estate to growing up immersed in LA’s incredible array of architecture found in some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of CA.

After years of working law, Kate's entrepreneurial spirit took flight commencing her short career in music. Her 3rd and final career started in 2001 in Mammoth, CA selling vacation homes/condos. She went from managing musicians to marketing homes. It took her 10 years to return home to her beloved Los Angeles.
