San Gabriel had 13 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 37—down 7.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 37 active listings, 13.51% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in San Gabriel fell 3.43% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $998,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
