Let me start by saying that I reached out to Kaitlin the day after Christmas. She promptly respond give me the information I needed to pursue my needs. She hooked me up with a financiing agent to get prequalified.

I reached back out her after being qualified and let her know that I was ready to see the property. It was at this point I realized that she was 4 days post op of having her child. I never would have know by the way she handled everything to this point. She kept me informed through the negotiations and we ended up making a deal with the seller. I also wanna add that I choose to use her as my buyer because she knew the sellers and their needs also and that was important to me.

The whole process was a pleasant breeze and I would us this women an day of the week. She is by far the sweetest, most honest person I've dealt with. She's a 12 out of 10 in my book. We LOVED Katelyn
