Let me start by saying that I reached out to Kaitlin the day after Christmas. She promptly respond give me the information I needed to pursue my needs. She hooked me up with a financiing agent to get prequalified.

I reached back out her after being qualified and let her know that I was ready to see the property. It was at this point I realized that she was 4 days post op of having her child. I never would have know by the way she handled everything to this point. She kept me informed through the negotiations and we ended up making a deal with the seller. I also wanna add that I choose to use her as my buyer because she knew the sellers and their needs also and that was important to me.

The whole process was a pleasant breeze and I would us this women an day of the week. She is by far the sweetest, most honest person I've dealt with. She's a 12 out of 10 in my book. We LOVED Katelyn

Katelyn Roan was extraordinary! With us moving from Alabama all the way to Texas Katelyn handled everything for us and we are so appreciative. We couldn't be there for the inspection nor final walk through so she stepped up and did it for us. Katelyn went above and beyond for us. This was also our first home buying experience. Katelyn walked us through everything we needed to know even with all of our crazy questions and me being worried about such a big move. We would definitely use Katelyn again/recommend her!
