Having lived in Chicago, Italy, New York, South Carolina, and Indiana, I am familiar with the challenges of moving and the importance of making the transition as smooth as possible for my clients.

For the past 20 years, I have lived in the western suburbs of Chicago and raised five children who are attending the University of Notre Dame, Illinois Wesleyan University, Boston College, and Fenwick High School.

Kathy was able to get my house on the market in a day, and sold in 4! I was on the private and right when I hit the MLS it sold. Very impressed with the quick turn around. Kathy also introduced me to the private network which I was able to find my future home from! This is something not all realtors have been sharing so that was a nice feature that I enjoyed! Kathy made sure this transaction went smoothly and got involved when needed. My sale got pushed back a few days and Kathy sent hours on the phone making sure this deal was going to go through.
