I’ll start by saying that I was a difficult first time homebuyer who I lacked information on the whole home-buying process/ procedure. However, having Antonio Sarmiento as my Realtor was a blessing as he quickly educated me during the process. I was able to comfortably find a home for my family with some great incentives. Antonio sarmiento is very knowledgeable/ will connected and looked out for me as a customer. Several homes had several issues that I wouldn’t think to look for but with Antonio by my side, he was very informative and was able to spot several issues upon looking at many houses. Overall, I would highly recommend Antonio Sarmiento to anyone as he is very informative and would protect you from certain situations as he was able to identify any problems. Antonio is the difference in the real estate market, beyond his profession he treats his clients like family. He was very patient with us through our home buying process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, new homes and provides the best advice. He makes the process smooth, answers all questions and was available even after hours when I would over think my decisions or had to make changes to my search. If you are looking to purchase a new home Antonio is the real estate agent you need, he will make it happen and support you in every step of the way. My family and I are only grateful we chose him as our real estate agent and will continue to refer him to family and friends as well as consult him for future real estate purchases.

We recently had the honor of working with Antonio Sarmiento to sell our old home and purchase a new one. The entire process was smooth and it was a pleasure to work with him! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable of the market in both the sale and purchase and we always felt like a priority! He was always available and understanding and really listened to our needs and concerns. He was great with negotiations and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He really also went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of including the arrangements that were needed such as inspections and looking into possible issues with the properties we were looking at and with the property we chose, not to mention with the sale of our home as well.

Tony was very patient and understanding throughout everything, if we needed to see a home he would make it happen even if we reached out that same day and and made sure we got to look at everything we wanted to see.
