Keith has been great in all my dealings with him. He is always looking out for his client's best interest. He got me a great deal when I sold my home including a very beneficial post occupancy agreement and was with me every step of the way in purchasing my new home. I would highly recommend him and his team if you are buying or selling home.

Keith did an amazing job helping us through the foreclosure process and getting the house sold. We waited till we had only a couple of options left which i highly do not recommend doing. The earlier you get on it the better. He was patient and understanding. He took his time explaining the process and ensuring we had everything we needed in place. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to sell their home, buy a home and especially if you are going through a foreclosure. The knowledge and peace he brought to such a crazy time in our life was incredible.

I had an unfortunate experience working with a real estate agent, Keith Buckhold, who I believe did not meet the professional standards I expected. While I understand that every industry has its challenges, I was quite disappointed with the level of service provided by this agent. During our interactions, I encountered unprofessional behavior, which included being spoken to in a manner I found disrespectful.

The agent's responses to my questions often left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. I believe that open and honest communication is crucial in the real estate process, and I did not feel I received the respect and attention I deserved.

It is important for real estate professionals to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect when working with clients, and I regret to say that this particular agent did not meet those expectations in my experience. I would strongly recommend doing thorough research and considering your options before choosing a real estate agent to work with.

Mr. Buckhold did an outstanding work of selling property. His availability was almost 24/7 response was every time. Every issue with the sell there was always a fix.

Keith was amazing!! We wanted to sell quick and Keith took the bull by the horns had our pictures up and on the market in no time. Our house was sold within the next few weeks. Keith was always available and responsive. Most of all he was a great communicator and continually kept us in the loop throughout the entire sale. He is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with!!
