Heather was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC, making her intimately familiar with the beauty and charm of the Upstate region. Armed with an impressive educational background, Heather holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Science, and she is currently pursuing a PhD in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. She is a USAF veteran and spent 17 years as an emergency manager, responding to catastrophic disasters and incidents. Motivated by a desire to be closer to family and create a better work-life balance, Heather embraced real estate as her new calling. With her unwavering dedication to helping others and a strong connection to the community, she saw this as an opportunity to not only assist people in finding their dream homes but also to spend more quality time with her husband and her three daughters.

I have so many great things to say about her but to keep this review short I will just speak about the most important qualities for this particular process. Firstly she’s available. Heather always answers her phone and texts, even outside of business hours. Secondly she is very knowledgeable. Any questions or concern I had she knew the answer right away. Thirdly she is so positive. A home buying process, especially for first time homebuyers, can be extremely stressful. Heather kept a positive outlook even when things didn’t seem promising. She always said “things will work itself out” and she was correct. Everything worked itself out. Thanks to Heather me my husband and I was able to purchase our first home in under 45 days.
