There I was, pregnant and randomly just wanting to move into a new home to prepare for our second child. I hop on Zillow, see a home I’m interested in, and in came Kelli to start our home search journey! She is super helpful, very nice, and also encouraging when the first couple houses weren’t looking very good. Finally, we found the perfect home all thanks to her :) if ever someone needs a realtor here in the springs Kelli is gonna be my recommendation!

Kelli is a tremendous professional. She was everything you would want in a real estate agent. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and truly a nice person. She was a pleasure to work with. We felt that she really had our best interest in mind, often pointing out issues that we had overlooked, but would have been extremely important had we proceeded. We relied on her more than usual as we were living outside the country at the time. She was our eyes and ears, and we depended on her much more than is typical. We actually purchased the property sight unseen, mostly because of our confidence in her. She came through for us. Being unfamiliar with the area, Kelli was also invaluable for us with recommendations for insurance agents, workers, etc. We would highly recommend Kelli, without hesitation, and she would be the person we would use again for any real estate transaction.
