February’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $397,000—down 7.57% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $316,250 in Pueblo County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $339,650 in March.

Pueblo West had 73 new listings and 71 listings that went under contract in February, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 242—up 3.42% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in March.

Of those 242 active listings, 25.62% reduced their price in the month of February. The median listing price for homes in Pueblo West grew 0.09% from January to February, bringing the current median listing price to $429,900. Based on projected data for March, listing prices may continue to grow.
