Kelly Szemborski is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with! She is always available through text or phone call to help find the perfect house or office space for you. She is accountable (you don't have to constantly remind or check up with her) and a great advocate between you and the other party (makes sure that you get the best deal and that all your needs are met).
She worked with my parents last year to help them find a house in Chattanooga. All of this was done long distance with me as the "2nd pair of eyes". She did an excellent job finding them a house in a great neighborhood that fit with all of their desires/needs.
She has also been working with my husband and I on finding a building for a start up practice. She is diligent in presenting us with options as they arise and looking into places that we throw at her as well.
I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat if you are trying to find a place, residential or commercial... and I have already. ;)
