Calhoun had 20 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 71—down 2.74% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 71 active listings, 35.21% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Calhoun grew 0.33% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $318,950. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
