At the beginning of my career, I sought additional training, attending the NAR conference in Chicago in 2017 to take classes and earn my ABR designation, which stands for Accredited Buyer’s Representative. This training allows me to serve my clients better. I consistently go out of my way to care for my clients, always striving to go the extra mile. For example, I keep cold water in my car for clients on hot days, and I install new locks when my clients close on their new homes.

I invest more hours than anyone I know into my work and take pride in my negotiating skills. For instance, I successfully secured a contract for one of my clients on a home for $333,000 when the list price was $375,000, and it had only been on the market for less than a month. For sellers, my last listing resulted in three offers, which I negotiated above the list price for my client in just two weeks.

I truly give my all to my clients, enjoying the process of building lasting relationships. Nothing makes me happier than being someone my clients look forward to working with and can trust to support them in all their real estate needs.
