Selling and moving is stressful for everyone, even in the best of times, but I was selling my house and helping my parents sell their house, and moving states, all in the middle of covid. We were stressed out!! But Ken helped us every step of the way. He went above and beyond to coordinate the listing of both homes, and ultimately, both houses went under contract with less than a week of each other. He negotiated with the buyers’ agents very skillfully on both properties to get us the best possible price. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions, including and especially my elderly parents, which I greatly appreciated. Ken is an excellent realtor. He handled my relocation from Pennsylvania to Florida. Ken remained in constant contact with me while I was in PA with new listings that came on the market. He would head to these listings and take videos of the entire property inside and out. This was a big factor in helping me find a property being so far away. When I see homes that I liked I would then travel to actually see in person. Ken does go above the normal realtor to satisfy his clients. If I ever need to relocate again, I will definitely be contacting Ken as my realtor.
