Ken was an incredible asset in helping us find our dream home! He's very methodical with setting up search parameters, getting an idea of what exactly you are looking for, and helping you find it. He's very matter-of-fact when touring homes, explaining the facts, and walking you through the entire home buying process.
In our home buying process, we ran into an unexpected complication related to the condo we were interested in buying being in a nonwarrantable building. Ken provided us with excellent references to work with, and was there to answer questions and handle things where he could throughout the process and we're so grateful to him for all of his help.
Plus he has great restaurant recommendations across the city!

Ken was extremely creative, but also pragmatic. His knowledge of the market was important in guiding my decisions about how to adjust price, and how to manage the staging. Knowing Ken for more than 8 years, it would be an understatement to call Ken our realtor agent/ friend.
