We were riding around and saw an open house sign and decided to stop in. Talked with Ken, told him what we were looking for and location. He immediately said he could help us. He explained what he had in mind. We were convinced he could help us. He put together a portfolio of houses in our price range. We set a date for him to show us some houses in our location. We looked at several houses and found one we liked. Ken explained everything that we needed to know about the area and houses. We were convinced that he knew what he was talking about and that he had our best interest in mind. We saw a house that we liked and it all went from there and purchased the house. Ken helped us all the way and did not steer us wrong. He knew what he was talking about and did an excellent job for us. I would recommend him without hesitation.
